Revived work spaces for your business.

ACRE Capital was founded in 2019 by Joseph DiSalvo and named after two great men that – through their commitment to strong family, professional, and personal values – embodied the virtues that drive ACRE Capital’s goals to be the best it can be at all pursuits.

Angelo Clarence Real Estate (“ACRE”) Capital

Elmo Angelo DiSalvo and John Clarence Metallic both served in the military, ran their own respective businesses, raised strong large families, and were happily married for over 45 and 60 years, respectively.  Their strength, commitment, faith, and values are the reason ACRE Capital was founded.

ACRE Capital currently serves the needs of over 200 tenants and owns, manages, asset-manages, and/or oversees over 450,000 square feet of office, executive office, industrial, refrigerated cold-storage, and retail space in and around the Indianapolis area.

ACRE Capital’s owner, Joseph DiSalvo, has lived in the Indianapolis area most of his life.  He was raised on the northeast side and attended St. Lawrence Catholic School, Bishop Chatard High School, and DePauw University.

During his final year at DePauw, Joseph was introduced to the commercial real estate business and has been in the investment real estate business for close to 15 years focusing on investment sales of office, industrial, and medical assets throughout the Midwest with the largest investment real estate brokerage firm in the United States.  Joseph currently lives on the northeast side of Indianapolis with his wife and three daughters.
